Every game you add gets its own account, created for you. You do not pick the username, and you do not need to sign up on the game's own site first.

Your username

It is built from your name: first initial + last name + 1111.

Sarah Smith gets ssmith1111. Lisa Adkins gets ladkins1111.

If that name is already taken on a particular game, another 1 is added — so the same person can be ssmith1111 on one game and ssmith11111 on another. Check the account details on each game rather than assuming they match.

Your password

A temporary one, in the form temp followed by four digits — temp1837, for example. You can see it on the game's card in My Games.

Two games work differently, and both are worth knowing before you try to sign in.

River is a number, not a username

River does not use a username or password at all.

You get a 12-digit account number written in pairs, like:

17-32-25-68-49-26

That number is your login on river777.net. There is no password to remember and none to reset — if you have the number, you can get in.

One other thing about River: cashing out of River is all-or-nothing. It closes out the whole balance rather than letting you take part of it.

Fire Phoenix is all digits

Fire Phoenix gives you an 8-digit account number and a 6-digit password — numbers only, no letters.

That is not us being awkward: the Fire Phoenix game client only has a number keypad, so a password with letters in it could not be typed.

Password resets

Not every game supports one. Where it is unavailable, the reset option will not appear on that game's card — message support and we will sort it out from our side.

River is the exception that needs no reset at all, since it has no password.

Games open on their own site

Tapping a game opens it in a new browser tab on that game's own website. You sign in there with the account details above.
