You must have a TIERLOCK account to play in The Vault and The Vault Arcade. NO EXCEPTIONS. All cashouts are sent via Tierlock only. You must have multiple payment methods available. You must send from Cash App or Apple Balance. NO EXCEPTIONS. Loads from a bank or card will not be accepted. When sending via Cash App, PayPal or Venmo you must send from your balance. NO EXCEPTIONS. Loads from a bank or card will not be accepted. Refunds will be sent first. No refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you send it, it will be loaded. You must change the password on all new accounts. We are not responsible for password negligence. You may have one account per system offered. No IP sharing and no password sharing. Anybody using a VPN, proxy or any other IP-changing software will be banned and all points will be voided. No refund will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS. Multiple IP addresses on any account will be subject to a ban and forfeit of any and all balances. No refund will be given.
All points over the max jackpot amount will be forfeited at the time of the cash out request. One cash out per person per 24 hours. Cash out will be $500 daily if maxed. Cash out daily 3PM–5PM PST. Cashouts must be requested by 2:30PM PST. If you have credit greater than $10 you will not be able to load any system until your balance is less than $10. You may load another bonus during bonus hour if your balance is less than $10. Jackpot overage points cannot be transferred. Any winnings won off bonus hour or other promotions / free play will be paid based on your last load. Max jackpot means total win or combined win. If your max jackpot is $5K and you cash out, win, or hold a balance of $5K, that is considered a max jackpot. If you are currently on cash outs for a max jackpot win, you are not eligible for another jackpot until your current jackpot win is fully cashed out. Jackpots and cash out tiers are based off your last load. You cannot combine all your loads from the day. Any winnings won off a system glitch will not be cashed out.
Winnings from promotional and bonus loads can be cashed out once you have 2× the load amount. The load amount is your load plus the bonus or promotion given. Any wins off free bingo, free play or system rewards will be paid based on your last load, with a max payout of $300.00. Any wins off slot pools or bingo will be paid at $200 daily until paid in full. Any wins from AutoSpin on Juwa, Juwa 2 or Game Vault will not be paid. NO EXCEPTIONS. AutoSpinning on Juwa, Juwa 2 and Game Vault is strictly prohibited. We are not responsible for malfunctions, system glitches or errors of any kind, and we are not responsible for game freezing, internet issues or connection issues. We are not responsible for account hacking. REDEMPTION TIERS — load $10–$75 cashes out up to $200. Load $76–$200 cashes out up to $350. Load $201 or more cashes out up to $500. HOURS OF OPERATION — manual side 9AM–12AM PST. Automated side 24 hours a day. MAX JACKPOT IS $5K and will grow as we grow. Be sure to check the group pinned section for any rule updates.
